We are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join our exciting team at The Clevedon Restaurant at Ilkley.
Working directly under the Head Chef, delivering to a high quality service, deputising in the Head Chefs absence and work closely with the Head Chef in menu development and costing.
Duties will also include assisting the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen operations within the Restaurant, servicing a Bistro and also catering for small meetings and events.
The ideal candidate will have experience; preferably with a background in hospitality within high quality hotel, restaurant, bistro or brasserie. A working knowledge of taking time to understand the needs of the customers would be an advantage.
You will be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to work proactively as part of a team
