TeamSport Bristol is recruiting 1 Friday - Sunday Laser Assistant.

This part time job will be working with children and parents and will require a patient, organised and helpful attitude. The roles includes health and safety inspections of the laser circuit, booking groups onto the system, engaging with the children when they first arrive, giving the laser briefings, helping to marshal the event and always being enthusiastic and promoting the enjoyment of the event.
We are looking for people with a good level of education to NVQ level 2 or equivalent and with previous experience in a food or drink customer facing environment and good interpersonal skills. So if you have want it takes to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment then this is the job for you!
Please be aware that this role include evening and weekend shifts.

Duties:
- Welcome and greet children and their parents
- Briefing of the events to groups of children
- Ability to organise large groups of children in a busy, fast paced role
- Book groups onto the booking system and handle cash
- Host the events including marshalling the groups around the centre
- Health and safety checks
- Administration of the events
- Ensure that the TeamSport values are integral to all activities
- Ongoing contribution to sales of new track days and memberships
Person Details:
- Good standard of education to NVQ level 2 or similar
- Previous experience in a 7 day/week customer service environment
- Knowledge of front of house procedures
- Good interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills
- Strong communicator
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
