Fundamentally the job of conference production involves identifying thought leaders - movers and shakers - in various business sectors and getting them to join panels of conference speakers. The aim is to produce a line up that executives will want to hear, because they can provide insights that will increase profitability. This company is planning new events in Asia and Scandinavia so the role could take you to many countries.
You'll be dealing with some very sharp people so we're looking for real academic achievement (AAB or better at A level plus at least a 2:1 degree), confidence and an interest in business and the wider world. People like this role because it's intellectually stimulating and allows you to take projects through from start to finish rather than just concentrate on one part of a process.
