Our client is an established & specialist refrigeration provider, working primarily in the high-end food service & production sectors designing and installing innovative, efficient and environmentally focused refrigeration systems.

Due to continued growth the company is now looking to recruit a high quality, innovative, and enthusiastic Lead Refrigeration Engineer to join their established team.

Reporting to the Technical Director, this role is a hands on technical & commercial role and responsibilities will include:

-      Leading refrigeration development within the business

-      Coordinating both planned and emergency maintenance

-      Taking a hands on commissioning role

-      Dealing hands on with emergency maintenance

-      Supervising and controlling refrigeration projects

-      Liaising with clients & attending project meetings

-      Developing on-going client relationships

-      Designing and specifying refrigeration systems

You will be a confident, experienced and enthusiastic refrigeration engineer, with relevant qualifications and be competent working with a variety of refrigeration plant, experience of CO2 refrigeration systems would be an advantage.

Additionally, you will have the ability to work under pressure, possess a can-do attitude towards work and importantly be looking to gain experience with a view to moving forward in your career.
