Do you want to join a flourishing digital agency with an enthusiastic and driven team, who have a passion for what they do and believe in having fun whilst they do it?
They are looking for a bright, ambitious and motivated team player, with a passion for helping people through technology, to join their team delivering and supporting their HR software.
You'll work with sales, marketing and client service colleagues to identify and develop sales opportunities for their market leading online appraisal software, right through to the point of sale. You'll use a wide range of strategies, from email and telephone campaigns to online demos and free trials, to turn your prospects in to clients and will also take an active part in sales campaign planning, delivery and reporting.
What they need from you:
- An explorer: asking questions, challenging the status quo and thinking creatively to share knowledge and learn from your colleagues.
- A little bit obsessive: bringing your enthusiasm, dedication and high standards to every task and paying attention to every little detail to produce your best work.
- Organised: prioritising, juggling and balancing a varied workload to use your time well and meet your deadlines.
- A first-rate communicator: sharing knowledge and ideas clearly and positively, using the right style and the right channels, and listening carefully and thoughtfully to others.
- Flexible: embracing change by adapting what you do and how you do it.
- Great to work with: a team player who knows how to communicate with honesty and respect, stay calm under pressure, and have fun while you work!
Ideally, they'd like you to be qualified to degree level, or equivalent: but what they most want is someone with a proven flair for sales, a commitment to great client service, a passion for digital technology - particularly within the HR industry - and with the kind of sales skills that your experience so far will have given you.
As far as your current skills and experience go, this is what they are looking for:
Must-haves:
- Some sales experience
- Great presentation skills
- Solid IT literacy skills e.g. Microsoft Office
- Great client communication skills - both written and verbal
- Solid experience of working to sales targets
- Some experience of sales campaigns e.g. designing and delivering telesales and email marketing campaigns
Nice to haves:
- An understanding of fundamental HR and L&D concepts and theories e.g. performance management, 360-degree feedback
- A working knowledge of CRM software e.g. use of CRM to manage client accounts / opportunities
- Considerable awareness of new technologies e.g. HR software
In return, you'll receive a competitive salary with uncapped commission, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), full induction training and ongoing training, support and development opportunities, and a range of other benefits including childcare vouchers, a cycle scheme and free fruit!
