Admin Assistant

Our client specialise's in the provision of deaf communication services and also provide a full range of spoken language interpreting and translation services in over 160 languages. They work with local authorities, NHS, police, schools/universities and many other organisations throughout the UK and have built up a reputation for providing one of the most reliable, high quality and cost-effective services available. 

Our client is looking to recruit a confident, committed, self-motivated and professional Bookings Co-ordinator to join their busy team, based in High Wycombe. For this role you will be required to book and confirm spoken language interpreting bookings, using their specialist booking system, quickly and efficiently and liaise with their interpreters and clients in a confident and professional manner. System training will be provided. You will possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to work under pressure in what is a busy and demanding role. Accuracy and attention to detail is imperative. You must be adaptable with strong organisational skills and be able to multitask with the ability to prioritise. An intermediate level (minimum) of computer literacy and a good working knowledge of all current MS Office software is essential for this role. 

The Booking Co-ordinator role would suit someone from either of the following backgrounds:

  •  Bookings Co-ordinator.
