We are a boutique web development agency based near the Berkshire/Hampshire border, running successfully for the last five years and looking to grow our company and offer our clients a more complete package. We are motivated and extremely passionate about producing excellent quality work.

The Talented Digital / Web Designer Role:

We are now looking for a talented Digital / Web Designer. We need someone who fits in with our ethos and wants to help us create high-end bespoke websites, mobile & web applications and also printed assets such as business cards, letter heads. 

Your primary responsibilities will be to drive the creative process; creating design concepts and layouts for professional web sites, web software applications, and other web/mobile applications as needed, in some cases contribute HTML / CSS to implement the design concepts, and communicating these concepts with our PHP developer.

We believe we build things the right way and go the extra mile to make sure our clients are happy, and the perfect candidate will feel the same way.

Talented Digital / Web Designer Requirements:

- You love to make beautiful things
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Mostly Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Experience designing for the web; taking into account target audience, goal achievement, browser compatibility, including mobile and tablet browsers, varying sizes & resolutions
- A love of grid layouts
- At least 2 years' experience in the industry
- Preferably experienced with creating wireframes for new projects
- Must have a driving licence

Pluses:

- Formal education in art or design or user experience/usability
- Familiarity with responsive/adaptive/mobile design
- Fluency in HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery would be advantageous, but not essential
