Customer Support & Marketing Administrator
Central Office, Nantwich
circa £17,750 per annum
Full time - 39 hours per week
(part time considered)
Temp 12 months
Possessing excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, the successful candidate will act as first point of contact for all external customers and will provide administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of the customer support and marketing/communications function.
Main responsibilities:
* Support the marketing/enquiry process through contact with potential and current customers.
* Attention to detail will ensure that you can efficiently input and maintain the customer enquiry system.
* Support the production and proofing of marketing/customer facing materials to ensure that all company documentation is produced accurately and is consistent with the Belong brand
* Support the marketing assistant in coordinating successful marketing communications and recruitment campaigns, including advertising bookings, media relations, digital profiles and the company's Facebook and Twitter pages.
* Attend and support marketing events and visits to the Belong villages as required.
Excellent administration skills will mean you are able to support a busy department, combining and prioritising your customer service tasks with other administration duties as required.
