Position: HR , Accounts, Health & Safety Manager

Salary: £30K Per Annum

Working hours: 40 Hours

Qualification:  must be Graduate. Clean driving licence

Location: Responsible for High Wycombe & surrounding areas  centres

Closing Date: 5th March 2016

We are looking for someone who is ideally have Some experience in Health care. 

With excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to deal with people at all levels in the business, you will take personal responsibility for delivering excellence in both projects and internal operations.

  • Determines staffing needs  
  • Preparation of job descriptions 
  • Oversees the monitoring of employee performance and career development needs 
  • Arranges training courses  
  • Develops and administers salary, health and safety and promotion policies 
  • Examines and reports on company and departmental structures, chains of command, information flows, etc. and evaluates efficiency of existing operations 
  • Drafts advertisements and interviews candidates, Considers alternative work procedures to improve productivity 
  • Stays abreast of Health relevant legislation, considers its impact on the organisation’s HR strategy and recommends appropriate action. 

As a HR officer you will provide accurate and timely advisory support to Partners and Managers in given locations whilst supporting the HR Manager on the operational HR issues on a day to day basis. Advising the client group on HR policy and best practice matters, you will actively look for opportunities to implement innovative and added value solutions.

Within the role you will provide clients with guidance and advice to resolve individual employee relations such as disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy, flexible working requests and absenteeism. Advising on HR policy and best practise matters you will carry out any HR administration as necessary and liaise with HR Shared Services regarding HR Admin such as payroll, joiners and leavers.

As Accounts, you will be responsible to keep record of day to day expenses and other out goings.
