Maintenance Assistant

Audley are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Maintenance Assistant to join our Inglewood retirement development.

The key purpose of this position is to assist the facilities manager with daily maintenance defects, preventative maintenance and grounds maintenance within the retirement village.

The successful candidate will have experience of using appropriate equipment and machinery and hold a thorough knowledge of practical maintenance skills, whilst consistently maintaining a clean and safe environment.

They will also:

• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be energetic, enthusiastic and have a passion for customer service
• Take pride in everything from their personal appearance to their workplace environment
• Be someone who is willing to learn and grow with the Inglewood site
• Be willing to work in all conditions and both indoors and outdoors

We expect applicants to possess experience in a similar environment in addition to being confident in communicating with residents and members of the public.

We would also expect applicants to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
