Our client a leading Manchester based investment management and stockbroking business is looking to recruit a client transitions administrator to undertake the daily administrative activities in relation to the processing of all transfer in and transfer out requests on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
•Process broker Transfers In and Out of Nominee, SIPP and ISA accounts
•Process Internal transfers within their system
•Process Stock Deposits from own name and Stock withdrawals from own name
•Process ISA set ups and subscriptions
•Process ISA closures and cash withdrawals
•To assist the Client Transitions Supervisor in the planning process to establish goals/targets/objectives. Follow this through by agreeing systems and procedures, thereby ensuring that the Department as a whole provides an excellent quality service meeting Client’s needs and expectations.
•Working with the Portfolio/ Nominee Services Supervisor, make sure that work flow imbalances are monitored.
•Resolve any issues as necessary
•Be involved in resolving day-to-day operational problems where required

Person Skills / Experience:
•Previous experience of transfers, with a good technical knowledge of financial instruments and processes
•A team player, working together with colleagues to achieve the team goals
•Demonstrable client service ethic, focusing on the importance of whole team delivery to end clients
•Effective interpretation and communication skills
•Ability to methodically undertake a regular process, with attention to detail
•Manage high volumes of work against fixed deadlines
•Identify and resolve thematic issues and problems, ensuring a quality and compliant service is provided
