Web Project Manager

A superb opportunity for a dedicated Web Project manager to join a vibrant & busy team!

The Digital team at NUS is looking for an experienced Web Project Manager to support the team delivering a wide range of digital projects.

You’ll be working across a varied range of internal and external partners often as the first point of contact so customer service, time management and team working skills are a must. You’ll take responsibility for the management of a number of projects, be a technical point of contact, help gather requirements, advise on potential solutions as well as provide progress reports to key stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a great attention to detail, can keep lots of plates spinning at once and isn’t phased by managing multiple stakeholders.

You will have experience in managing multiple projects with different clients and agencies and know the importance of hitting deadlines.

To fulfil this role you must be pro-active, have a can-do attitude and be committed to contributing to a team!

About the role

The Web Project Manager is central to the Digital team and is responsible for:

  • Managing external and internal teams to ensure projects are executed to the highest quality, on time and to budget.
  • Being the main point of contact for your projects. Communicating with all stakeholders on progress when appropriate.
  • Be a technical point of contact, helping to train users on a number of Content Management Systems as well as helping to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Help maintain the existing portfolio of websites using languages such as HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
  • Contribute to the department achieving its overall targets.
