In just over five years Recruitment Genius Ltd has gone from a pure technology start up to a market leading position as one of the UK's leading Online Recruitment Service Providers and Media Buyers. Aside from building up to that position, along the way, the company has picked up numerous prestigious Awards. We have also successfully grown our business by recruiting fully employed and supported, but remotely based, experienced Sales Professionals. Now we need to grow that team with capable individuals who can build Accounts to their full potential and commitment.

The Role

- Basic salary: £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience. OTE: £50,000 first year (uncapped)

- Work from your home office, but employed and fully supported by the company to save the time and hassle of commuting, and/or covering a "territory."

- A great brand, unique product, and bespoke technology solutions. We have no shortage of referrals, repeat business, and existing Accounts that have great potential for full development.

- Whatever your current level of Sales expertise, we still give you all the tools and Training you need to succeed and offer an ongoing commitment to develop amazing technology that generates significant repeat business.

The Individual

- You must be able to demonstrate at least 1+ years Account Development experience, preferably by successfully developing those Accounts through professional business relationships led by telephone contact.

- Our OTE figure is realistic and achievable, but we don't want or need individuals who are satisfied with that or simply a good basic salary. We do need appointees with the focus, drive and desire to join our established high billers who earn considerably more.

- A prerequisite is an honest and sincere work ethic, and demonstrable integrity in your past Sales track record. We always take up full past work References on anyone we make a Job Offer to.

- As a practical requirement, you will need an area to work at home without distractions, and a good internet connection - we will sort out the rest!

- Experience teaches us that this role is NOT suitable for Sales people who thrive on mostly Field Sales experience; nor will it suit those who need the social environment of a physical office base.
