Senior Administrator

Sutton, Surrey

37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 9-5:30pm and Friday 9-5pm.

£20,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience

Excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Administrator based in the Sutton area.

Our client provides solutions to a company's funding requirements using a mix of crowd funding, facilities from other financial institutions and own funds.

They are seeking a Senior Administrator who will be solely responsible for creating proposals and supporting with financial documentation.

Your main tasks within this role are:
 

  • Creating proposals for clients and liaising with the various banks for credit underwriting.
  • Being the first point of contact for all enquiries.
  • Liaising with the field sales team and financial institutions.
  • Managing various databases and marketing responsibilities.

The ideal candidate must have previous administration experience and be familiar with all Microsoft Office programmes. You will be joining a friendly, established team and the role may also provide an additional career development opportunity by working in a Personal Assistant capacity supporting the Managing Director.

Experience required:

  • Proven previous admin experience.
  • Previous experience within the finance or banking industry would be an advantage.
  • Experience using all Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Experience using database/CRM systems is desirable but not essential.
