If the answer to all of the above was YES then you could be the person we are looking for to join our 'industry leading' sales training team at Frank Recruitment Group.

Due to our exponential growth we are looking to expand our training team in both our Newcastle and London offices.

The best applicants will have some recruitment experience either internally or with an agency but training experience is not essential as we can give you all the skills you need to succeed in the world of training and people development.

Anyone who believes they have what it takes to train some of the country's most successful IT recruiters and would like to apply should be aware this is not a 8.30am - 5.30pm job. As all good recruiters know, you leave when the job is done and that is no different in our training function. Our aim is to provide support and advice to our consultants when they need it the most and that often means going above and beyond standard office hours.

The role will include classroom delivery of training, at desk coaching, on-going assessment and development of consultants from entry level through to management.

Our ideal applicant will be someone that;

* Demonstrates enthusiasm for the Recruitment industry

* Proactively identifies improvements for Training and Development
* Role-Models the business standards at all times
* Prepared to offer support and advice outside of the structured training programme
* A trusted advisor to the sales managers
* Takes responsibility for own development remaining up-to-date with latest recruitment
techniques
* Maintains knowledge of the sectors within which Frank Recruitment Group operates

Who we want: Ideally confident, outgoing and able communicate professionally at all levels. A strong character and used to working well under pressure. Someone passionate, reliable and committed.

As we have two UK hubs in Newcastle and London travel between the offices will be expected frequently. We also have offices in Melbourne, New York, San Francisco and Singapore with many further additions in the pipeline so occasional travel to these locations may be involved.

Of course there is also a salary offered... GBP21,000 - GBP23, 000 + GBP4000 bonus (depending on experience)
