Advanced Community Healthcare is an innovative Community Homecare Provider based in Holmfirth and Halifax. It is owned and managed by Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and provides exceptional care and support to clients of all ages in the community setting. Our highly skilled team provide a 24 hour service that includes: basic nursing care, personal care, nutritional needs, medication and social support. We are looking for flexible full and part time carers to join our team. Experience is desired but not essential as a full induction and training programme will be given. Having use of a car and mobile phone is essential.

Basic pay £8.50-£10.00 per hour and 20p per mile. Staff are also paid for travel time in between clients.
