Based in Seacroft, Leeds the company excels in providing excellent customer care and support to all their clients, both returning and new, over the telephone, online and through walk-in customers wanting to visit the showroom. Experienced and knowledgeable staff, who have been thoroughly trained in the business of tiles ensure that every client gets what they want. The team is small, friendly and ready to grow!

Job Description:

  • General day to day sales on the telephone, dealing with customers regarding product and pricing information
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Maximising sales through outbound calling and chasing quotes
  • Simple knowledge of computers in order to process orders
  • Communicating closely with suppliers and manufacturers for delivery and product information
  • The ability to pro-actively manage a diverse workload 
  • Ability to work against deadlines
  • Previous sales experience is preferred

What we offer

  • 40 hours per week
  • 20 days holidays after 1st year
  • Monday – Friday 8.30-5.30 (with occasional Saturdays)
