Maintenance Electrician

This company are at the very heart of the country's largest animal oils and fats production facility. With continuous 24/7 refining, production and packing processes they deliver completely flexible and completely separate animal and vegetable based product ranges.

The Position

Applications are invited for a Maintenance Electrician at the Doncaster Site. This is a full time permanent position.

You will be expected to adhere to all site and health & safety regulations and should be able to attend Health & Safety, Fire and Welfare training both on and off site. You will be expected to contribute to the growing safety culture on site. All accidents, damage and near misses must be reported for the health and safety of other employees on site.

As a Maintenance Electrician your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Factory requirements but will include:

- Risk assessing all jobs before work begins
- Filling in all logs and job sheets as required
- All work is to be done to a high standard, in a safe and competent way to ensure the safety of yourself and others. This will include leaving the work area clean and tidy on completion of work
- To install and maintain new equipment ensuring production is not interrupted
- To maintain all existing equipment ensuring production is not interrupted
- To assist in any other duties as and when required

Requirements

- You must be a self motivated individual
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Be an effective communicator both written and verbally
- Produce documents which present information in a professional manner, to meet the Company standard
