Brinsons is a well established Chartered Surveying and Estate Agency Practice with branches in Caerphilly, Cowbridge and Llandaff. We are seeking a Full Time Sales Negotiator to work in our busy office in Cowbridge. Some Estate Agency experience is desirable however, this is not essential and training will be provided.
The role covers all aspects of Estate Agency including viewings, vendor updates and generally dealing with the public in a professional and courteous manner.
Essential Requirements
- Highly organised and motivated.
- Team player with a flexible attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Excellent IT and Social Media Skills to include Microsoft Office.
- Full clean driving licence and own car.
