A fantastic opportunity is available for a lively and energetic Business Administrator Apprentice to join one of the UK’s fastest growing companies that provides e-learning and software to over 500 organisations and over 1.9 million learners nationally. Based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, the successful Business Administrator Apprentice will earn an hourly rate of £3.30 plus excellent benefits and free parking/commutable from Leeds, Bradford, Otley, Keighley, Harrogate and Skipton.

As a Business Administrator you will be mainly responsible for carrying out the day to day running of Group Services Operations across two sites. Reporting to the HR Manager your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

As a Business Administrator you will be mainly responsible for carrying out the day to day running of Group Services Operations across two sites. Reporting to the HR Manager your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Working as directed by the HR Department as and when required
- Working as directed by the Marketing Department as and when required
- Assisting with the ordering and maintaining stationary stocks and other orders (e.g. kitchen orders) when required
- Being responsible for putting provisions and office supplies away
- Assisting with the distribution of incoming post and outgoing post on a daily basis, organising carriers as and when necessary, ensuring post between sites is dealt with efficiently
- Meeting and greeting visitors, signing in/out, hospitality and managing deliveries
- Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared ready for visitors, including tidying throughout the day
- Collecting lunches for all meetings and tidy away when required
- Being responsible for stationery stocks and other orders
- GCSE’s in English and Maths (Grade C or above) would be advantage
- IT literacy skills include Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent grasp of grammar and spelling
- Good organisation skills
- Flexible attitude to work
