Telesales Manager (Technical)

A rare and exciting opportunity has recently been made available for an Telesales Manager (Technical) to join a highly successful and well-established business in Mansfield.

Due to rapid growth we have been given the opportunity to find a dynamic and tenacious individual to head up their telesales team.

Minimum requirements for Telesales Manager (Technical) are:

• Current or recent experience in an Sales Management role (Essential)
• Strong negotiation skills (Essential)
• Pragmatic approach to winning long term business (Essential)
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal (Essential)

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong Maths & English skills as you will be involved in working on bids and tenders. You also will be highly motivated and will be hitting and regularly exceeding targets.

As Telesales Manager (Technical) you will mainly be:

• Creating & Distributing of daily sales reports
• Developing and driving Internal Sales Coordinators
• Completing UK & International tenders
• Attending weekly order book meetings
• Driving Internal Sales performance and implementing new strategies
• Seeking out new opportunities for personal and departmental improvement and growth

Whilst the salary for this position has not been confirmed as set with our client, we anticipate this position to attract a salary of £28,000 - £35,000pa depending on experience.
