AsBusiness Support Advisor, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Working closely with underwriters and sales teams to ensure all business is being accurately processed
• Building relationships with all Sales staff and Senior Management
• Proposal processing, to include checks on anti money laundering (AML) Experian searching, exposure check, connected lending checks, HPI
• Ensuring that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory bodies are carried out
• Issue acceptance/decline letters in a timely manner
• Creating finance documents with the ability to calculate and check rental profiles, rates and commissions
• Chasing the returns of documents issues by post from customers
• Providing administration support
• Having a full understanding of all the finance products offered
• Preparing payments accurately for suppliers, brokers and customer
