OPERATIONS MANAGER

Salary: circa £30,000 - £35,000

plus bonus

(subject to experience and suitability) Would consider relocation package for the right candidate

An opportunity to join an award winning, progressive and expanding company in a vibrant and rewarding market. Oldwalls Gower limited, recently voted best wedding venue in Wales for the second consecutive year, are seeking a suitable manager to oversee their wedding and event operation.

The candidate should have exceptionally high levels of customer service and be adept at dealing with large functions and banqueting. The successful applicant will need to control all aspects of the Food and beverage delivery and therefore experience in this area is essential along with good numerical skills. Oldwalls prides itself on friendly and efficient staff within a family atmosphere and you will need to be able to manage and motivate the team of over 50 in a demanding but exciting environment to deliver the first class events that we have become renowned for.

You will report directly to the Managing director who will give you the flexibility to bring your own personality and expertise to this already successful enterprise in order to further improve standards, systems and delivery.

Full time, Permanent position. Flexible working hours, must be able to work evening and weekends when required due to the nature of the business.
