Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Bradford
Salary: Dependent Upon Experience (does not include commissions or bonuses)
The company is looking for self-confident, highly motivated, hardworking people, with a history of sales professionalism to build market positions by locating, developing and defining, negotiating and closing business relationships.
Applicants should be skilled in business development, the ability to identify, locate/discover and contact potential new business deals in order to create successful new leads in the FMCG industry, through research e.g. from trade journals, advertisements, business databases, websites and other resources. You will ideally have a proven track record of increasing sales and building relationships, be IT literate, and have the ability to use the ACT Database and an excellent telephone manner.
You must have good communication and customer relations skills. Be able to work independently, take initiative and possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle objections, close a deal and be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Skills/Qualifications: Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, and Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, and Language Skills are required to translate/communicate and sell our products within specific Countries.
