Salary: £15-16,000
Contract:12 Month Contract
Hours Of Work:08:45 - 17:15

Smart Solutions are currently looking for a receptionist/administrator to join a successful company based in Barry. The client is looking for a motivated, experienced receptionist to provide business support and finance support where needed. You will be the first point of contact for any queries and will need to feel competent in IT.

Responsibilities.
• Set up new contract files
• Set up new starter files
• Process weekly speed league table
• Update monthly vehicle mileage report
• Update Harness Inspection records
• Process stationary and food orders
• Manage hotel bookings for all staff
• Provide first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
• Liaise with Head Office and Managers professionally and efficiently
• Book scaffolder/staff holidays and absences onto Blackbox system
• Organise new starter inductions as and when required
• Process monthly credit card and petty cash statements
• Provide payroll cover during holiday periods

Person Specification
• Competent in IT, excel and word.
• Must be organised
• Good telephone manner.
• Must be diligent.
• Attention to detail
