Part 3 Programme Administrator
21 hours per week, fixed term until end of November 2016
£21,023 - £25,282 per annum, pro rata

The RIBA Part 3 course and examination provides a distant learning preparation course, supported by two residential seminars and a final examination to some 300 architecture candidates each year. The course is delivered in the UK and Internationally.

We are seeking a committed individual to provide administrative and secretarial support to the RIBA Part 3 team. The post holder will be required to gain a detailed knowledge of procedures and be able to work on their own initiative.

The role includes provision of day to day support to the team in the delivery of the course and examination, raising invoices and chasing debtors, maintaining files and ongoing communications with candidates, their offices and examiners. The role requires close liaison with a panel of external advisors, providing an organised and efficient monitoring service of candidate professional experience.

The ideal candidate will have considerable experience of working in an office environment and have previous customer-facing experience. They will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and have experience of managing their own workload, meeting pre-agreed deadlines. Experience of using Integra CRM and Accounting Office would be desirable.
