Assistant Restaurant Manager for 280 seat restaurant in Oxford.
1. Working with the restaurant manager to supervise and train junior staff to meet company standard of quality, presentation and hygiene.
2. Liaise between the FOH and BOH specialist chefs to ensure that chefs preparing and serving customers at live food counters are properly trained and comply with health and safety procedures.
3. Experience in a restaurant similar capacity and full awareness of the operating of a buffet/live cooking style restaurant.
