Hours: 37.5 hours per week to Monday to Friday
This leading provider of global NEBOSH Health & safety training is offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Administrator to join the UK Finance team at their Head Office in Hessle. They are seeking a hard working individual with at least 2 years experience of working in a financial role.
The applicant will be required to perform a variety of tasks, including:
- Invoicing customers
- Managing outstanding customer accounts
- Reconciling Sage Pay receipts
- Bank Reconciliations
- Managing the purchase ledger
- Assisting with the management of budgets
The ideal candidate will require managerial skills; have strong communication methods with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced working environment. You must be a quick learner who is able to work on their own initiative as well as being an excellent team player.
It is essential that the post holder possesses an extensive understanding and has experience of using the accounting package sage line 50 and has the ability to prioritise and manage own workload. Excellent analytical skills are also essential.
