The infrastructure, support services and construction group, is looking for a Community Lettings Supervisor to work for their Facilities Management Company based in Hull.

This role will be based out of Winifred Holtby Academy, Hull. They transform venues into hubs with their community, bringing people together and facilitate a range of experiences from adult learning to swimming lessons. They assist people to make a difference in their community.

What you'll do as a Community Lettings Supervisor:

- Day to day supervision of the community use facilities during evenings, weekends and school holidays. Ensuring operational procedures are correctly implemented, with the needs and expectations of the schools, key partners and community groups met.
- Supervision, training and performance management of the Community Attendant team; supporting the team to achieve their development and departmental objectives.
- Ensure that high standards of customer service are met and maintained on a daily basis.
- Assist the management team with safety, health, environment and quality; ensuring appropriate policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- To be the Duty Manager on minimum four shifts per week, ensuring that you are visible and active at peak times and networking with as many members and instructors as possible.
- Ensure that all operations are carried out as detailed within operating procedures and appropriate health and safety regulations. Update each sites operating procedures where required.
- To work as part of the team to ensure all areas are routinely kept, clean, tidy, well maintained and company Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Maintaining a vigilant attitude to safeguarding and security both in and around the buildings at all times.
- Attend and assist with the delivery of regular team meetings; briefing staff on relevant toolbox talks, risk assessments and policies.
- Assist the management team with ensuring all staff are appropriately trained to deliver the operational needs of the service and exceptional customer service whilst ensuring the safety and security of the building and its occupants.
- Ensure that all staff have a good awareness of company policies, procedures and terms and conditions of hire.

Hours: 38.75 5 days a week Sunday - Saturday. Involves regular evening and weekend work

And you'll be:
- Outgoing, friendly and able to build good relationships with customers and clients
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy equipment.
- Available to work afternoons, evenings and weekends as part of normal duties.
- Be flexible and adaptable and demonstrate a willingness to go above and beyond our client's expectations.
- Willing to make occasional visits to other regional offices and attend meetings where deemed appropriate.
