As a Software Support Engineer, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Handling various test approaches
• Supervising software lifecycle
• Supporting the team responsible for software testing
• Attending root-cause analysis sessions to ensure lessons learnt are captured and communicated amongst the teams
• Keeping record of the data received during the testing process
• Proactively identify and define opportunities for improvement to processes and methodology

The right Software Support Engineer will have:

• A commendable academic record
• Well understanding with IT system
• Idea of performing testing
• Problem solving and logical skills
• A qualification in software testing
• Excellent communication and numeracy skills
• Experience in a Consultancy is ideal but not mandatory
