Responsibilities

Project Managers must be able to motivate, inspire and sustain people. Team members and clients look to the Project Management Team for quality outputs, efficiency, expertise, solutions and the ability to solve problems and help with remove obstacles.

As a Project Manager you will have gained experience of integrated projects across the board in Traditional, Technology, Digital and IT. Your experience working for multiple high profile brands or within an agency environment will mean that you are comfortable with managing multiple projects at any one time with consistency, gravitas and credibility.

You will manage your own projects (typically 7-10 projects at any one time) with a minimal need for support from your seniors in the team. In addition to managing projects you will be equally as happy playing role as part of a team helping your Project Manager colleagues and the Digital Director as and when needed.

  • Working directly with other project managers within the team on digital implementations
  • Taking direction and delivering objectives to senior members of the team
  • Manage working relationships with the development, creative and client services teams
  • Develop, maintain and demonstrate a strong level of project management skills, through every project
  • Delivering financial reporting on projects to the senior members of the team including ROI creation and forecasting
  • Responsible for project deliverables, maintaining the overall project plans across multiple areas to ensure effective delivery within budget and to the agree timescales, quality and benefits realisation requirements

Essential skills

  • Must have some experience in managing projects through the full cycle of digital projects, preferably in an agency environment
  • Ability to take direction from senior members of the team
  • Strong awareness capability for multiple projects with financial and non-financial benefits
  • Good PC Skills, including Excel and MS Project
  • Great all round organisation skills
  • Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills
  • Educated to a minimum degree level or relative professional qualification such as Prince, Agile, Scrum
  • Personal competencies
