Payroll and HR Account Manager (£24,000-£28,000 per annum, dependant on experience) is now needed for our established client based in Market Harborough.

The Payroll and HR Account Manager will run the day to day operations of the payroll bureau.  In addition, you will look after the administration of their clients’ cloud-based HR records and perform a variety of process-based tasks and activities that are central to the service proposition.

This Payroll and HR Account Manager role will suit a payroll professional who has some experience of HR administration and who can really demonstrate a ‘customer service mind-set’.   You must be highly computer literate, organised, efficient, and confident.  Above all, you must enjoy working hard and have a real appetite for learning. 

You will be comfortable with both weekly and monthly payrolls, unfazed by HMRC regulations, and experienced in all the usual payroll processes – RTI, journals, etc.  You will be open to new technology (both payroll and HR) and will be able to prove to us that you are a self-starter.
