As a Legal Assistant your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Working with clients of law firm
• Provide support to the Solicitors and other members of the legal department
• Helping to advise and assist our branches with problems and queries.
• The Legal Assistant will be working alongside other Legal Assistants to deal predominantly with the preparation and presentation of cases in the County Courts.
• Handling telephonic communication or query resolving calls
• Handling database and records stored in computer
• Providing the clients with accurate information

Being a successful Conveyancing Assistant, you will possess:

• Excellent telephonic manner
• A law graduate preferably with a 2:1 degree or equvalent
• A good working knowledge of commercial litigation
• Knowledge of MS office and idea of handling mails and queries
• Self-motivated nature
• Previous experience in an administration type role.
