Busy Seven Partner Practice in Whitley Bay Town Centre is pleased to announce that we are looking to expand our nursing team with the following vacancy.
Practice Nurse – Ref WBRC1
(Preferably experienced in Diabetic care)
- Part Time
- Permanent
- 30 hours Per week
- Monday to Friday (including Monday evenings – 1 in 3)
- AFC Band 6 Equivalent Salary – pro-rata
Experience in all aspects of chronic disease management (Diabetes, Asthma, CHD). General health promotion work essential and ideally will also be able to assist with Travel and childhood immunisations. Cervical Cytology and Previous Practice Nurse experience desirable. Must be IT literate, caring and motivated.
Candidates must be friendly, approachable, flexible, motivated and hard working with a passion for delivering high quality care. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to effective team working and have excellent communication skills.
