Exciting vacancy for a Senior HR and Payroll Administrator at a busy, dynamic and vibrant group, operating across several sectors.

This role would suit an experienced HR generalist with a solid grounding in payroll.

The individual will need to be both proactive and also reactive to the changing needs of the group, ensuring standards and policies of the group are maintained.

KEY DUTIES:

Develop, implement and monitor HR policies and procedures, ensuring they meet both current legislation, UK Employment Law and guidance on HR best practice

Provide specialist professional knowledge, advice, guidance and support to employees and line managers ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures at all times.

Co-ordinate and prepare accurate monthly payroll data for submission to a payroll bureau and benefits in a timely manner

Management of new starter and leaver administration processing, from onboarding through to exit interviews.

Timely and accurate maintenance of company HR records and timesheets via company online software.

Responsible for the production and analysis of monthly reports including monitoring recruitment costs.

Effective management of disciplinary and grievance issues

The role holder will be responsible for managing their own work flow and creating effective relationships across the business particularly with senior management.

Challenge current working practices and policies and ensure these are regularly reviewed.

Keep own professional knowledge up to date by reading and course attendance. Research and keep up to date with current and new/proposed employment legislation.
