Hard Landscape Construction Worker

This Cambridge-based garden and landscape design company is looking for a highly motivated, organised and hard-working skilled landscape construction operative, with a strong desire for high quality work, to join their vibrant and expanding team.

They work on high end, prestigious private and commercial gardens in and around the Cambridge area.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work their way up through the ranks of this ever expanding company.

Key skills:

- Interpreting site plans and accurately setting out
- Following and managing schedules
- Working in a team and having a 'first time right' mind-set
- Successfully managing plant, labour and materials
- Good communication skills with staff and clients
- Ability to produce brick and block walls, paving and timberwork to a high standard.

Requirements:

- Must hold a clean driving licence
- Must have own transport

Desirable:

- Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) qualification
- First Aid at Work certificate
- Cat BC for towing a trailer
- Horticultural interest
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Own a basic tool kit
