£20K basic plus uncapped Bonus.Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm (early finishes daily) Positions are available ***immediate start***28 Paid days Holiday (inclusive of Bank holidays)

We are currently recruiting for experienced Outbound Customer Service Advisor's to join our company with offices based in Bury, Manchester City Centre and in Bolton.

Whilst experience is preferred any applicant who shows the ability and enthusiasm required will be considered. We are a very successful company currently top 20 across the UK - this is reason why we currently expanding and specializing in advising clients of pension reviews and other products.

Salary: of £20,000+ with uncapped bonuses with potential to earn much more.
Locations: Bury & Bolton Town Centre as well as Manchester Central. Close to all shopping links, as well as a 5 minute walk from bus and tram links.

Experience/Skills preferred but not essential:

  • Experience of Pensions is an advantage.
  • Used to dealing with customers, either on inbound or outbound calls.
  • Previous experience in a sales advisor role would be an advantage.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.

Duties will include:

  • Provide accurate and clear information about the claims process.
  • Ask relevant and appropriate open ended questions to obtain facts about the client’s Pension Review
  • Handle client objections.
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service.
  • Continually meet the objectives and targets set.
  • Duties and responsibilities may change within this role to reflect the needs of the business.
