The Company:
Our client is a well-established manufacturer with a strong international presence
Main duties:
To be the main point of contact for Dutch Speaking customers
To maintain and develop a strong relationship with clients
The Role:
-Responding to all customer enquiries
-Providing customers with detailed product information
-Processing customer orders using the company’s IT system
-Tracking shipments to ensure that all deliveries are made on time
-Coordinating with various departments within the company
-Handling all customer enquiries in a polite and efficient manner, both on the telephone and over email
-Inbound and outbound calls to develop client relationships
-Dealing with credit control duties
-Translating relevant documents
-Handling customer complaints politely and efficiently
-Distributing newsletters to customers with information of new products
The Candidate:
-Fluent in Dutch to mother tongue standard
-Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
-German and/or Italian as an additional language would be an advantage
-Previous experience within Customer Services or Sales Coordination
-B2B experience
-Knowledge of CRM systems
-Proactive approach
-High level of commercial awareness
-Computer literate
-Strongly organised
-Excellent communication skills
-A dynamic personality and a team player
-A natural problem solver
Salary: circa £16k pa + bens (20 days holiday, pension scheme)
