Our client, a Residential Care company is looking to recruit an Experienced Head of HR to take full responsibility for managing a busy office environment, improving processes on all HR / Personnel matters, including liaising with Directors to ensure that recruitment, retention, performance reviews and employee development is streamlined and effective.
As the Head of HR you will advise, coach and support all Managers in the application of developed strategies for performance management; maintain accurate HR records, provide reports to Directors and assist the development of the business. The successful candidate will be required to provide advice and support to the business on all employee related matters and initiatives, including recruitment and training for 80+ staff.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for a small HR Team. The organisation has a regional office and homes situated in the North West, occasional travel may be required. Further homes are planned for continual growth over the next 5 years and assistance with the development of policies and procedures and contractual documentation will be required to ensure smooth expansion.
Candidates for this role will have extensive hands-on experience in Employee Relations, HR Systems, Staff Management, and be fully CIPD qualified and will have a fantastic understanding of employment legislation and legal compliance in all related issues.
