Due to success and expansion we now have opportunities for experienced Hospitality professionals to join our existing regional team in the West Midlands, assessing Hospitality and Management.

As a Training Advisor your duties will include:

  • Working on a mixed caseload with various employers including national accounts with major UK employers.
  • Managing your own time and workflow to meet targets for timely and successful completion of learners.
  • Using your experience of the hospitality and management industry to guide learners through their qualifications, providing training to upskill the learners.
  • Working occasional unsociable hours.

 

An ideal Training Advisor will hold the following skills and experience:

  • Passionate about training and assessment.
  • Ideally have had Management experience and have worked in Hospitality.
  • Able to travel up to two hours from home to meet your learners across the Leominster, Worcester, and Shrewsbury areas (please note that the stated job location of Kidderminster is a guide only as this is a field-based regional role).
  • Hold a full driving licence and have access to a car.

In return for this you will receive:

 

  • A basic salary between £18,000 and £24,200, depending on experience, plus an uplift for any unsociable hours.
