As an Engagement Resourcer your duties will be to:

• Be responsible for the screening of applicants for vacancies. A typical day will involve speaking on the telephone to potential applicants, sifting through CVs and applications and liaising with the Engagement Officers to agree criteria for the selection of successful candidates.
• Complete paperwork and advertise roles on numerous recruitment sites.

An ideal Engagement Resourcer will hold the following skills and experience:

• Experience in the NVQ / Apprenticeship sector is not necessary as we will provide the necessary training however, it would be beneficial. 
• You will ideally have demonstrable experience of working within a recruitment or resourcing environment and you must have a smart, professional appearance.
• You must be able to manage your own time effectively.
• Based in the sales team, this is a very fast paced environment and you must be happy with working to strict deadlines and targets, as well as being comfortable with speaking with candidates by telephone.
• Excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, hardworking, committed and loyal.

 The working hours are 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.

In return, you will receive a salary of £15,000 - £18,000 per annum dependent upon experience and will have the potential to earn a bonus in a fun and competitive working environment. You will receive up to 30 days annual leave, dependent upon length of service, together with a company pension scheme and childcare vouchers. Our offices are modern and based in Bristol city centre.
