AC & Refrigeration Contracts Manager

A leading Cambridgeshire M&E Contractor are currently seeking an AC & Refrigeration Contracts Manager to join the established and busy team.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will manage a number Commercial, Educational and Residential projects ranging in value from relatively small works to the region of £2.5million and also various PPM and Reactive works as required.

This role will include a variety of tasks including the following:

Overall contracts management

Costing and tendering of works

P&L accountable for contracts

Business development

Contracts negotiation

Client meetings and updates

Sub-contractor negation and management

Procurement and negotiation with suppliers

Design amendments

Operation meetings and reports

You will be required to have a minimum of 5 years HVAC Contracts or Projects Management experience and the ability to oversee multiple projects from tender to completion and manage the life of ongoing contracts.

You will have relevant qualifications and a detailed understanding of different variations of HVAC services.

This is a permanent position paying between £50,000 and £60,000 DOE with Car or car allowance package and other benefits.
