Intervention Tutor

Randstad Education provide one-to-one home and school tutoring for students of all ages and abilities and we are now looking to expand our tutor bank to support the requirements in the Warrington area. We are really busy and need help with these sessions!

The Job:
* To support students within the curriculum being studied and help with learning and revision.
* Tutors will be required to visit students' homes to provide one-to-one tutoring or conduct this on school premises
* Qualification requirements: PGCE/BA(Hons) QTS; And/or experience of tutoring
* Delivering National Curriculum topics and subjects
Ideal requirements: Dependable, reliable and organised; Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills; Ability to analyse students' progress.
This offers flexible hours and can be full time but is mainly in one or two hourly blocks

The School, The child:

* Working in a variety of settings including secondary schools, primary schools, Pupil Referral Units as well as public libraries as well as in the home
* Children are of all ages and abilities, some have statements for learning and some for behaviour
* Cater for the Warrington and St Helens areas
