A fantastic opportunity is available for a confident and friendly Administrator (Member Support) to join an established industry leader that provides e-learning and associated training and development products to public and private sector organisations. Based in Ilkley, West Yorkshire, the successful Administrator will earn £14,000 plus excellent benefits and free parking/commutable from Leeds.
The Administrator position is available within the company’s Health and Social Care division. Working alongside the company’s highly skilled administration team, you will have a varied role in which you will provide the all-important support to the company’s business development teams and customers. As an Administrator your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

The Administrator position is available within the company’s Health and Social Care division. Working alongside the company’s highly skilled administration team, you will have a varied role in which you will provide the all-important support to the company’s business development teams and customers. As an Administrator your main duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- Supporting members through the adoption of e-learning and organising resources for meetings and events
- Assisting customers via phone and email, giving help and support, taking orders, helping them to choose the right courses and taking payments
- Supporting the Account Managers with detailed management and financial information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work with sharp attention to detail
- Adaptable and flexible
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent IT skills including Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manipulate statistics to produce useful management information
