IT Support Analyst - Job Role
The successful IT Support Analysts will play a critical mobile role in driving and delivering effective IT Service and Support across our Leicester and Leicestershire sites. You will be responsible for IT incident resolution and request fulfillment within a broad based IT Support environment, driving best in class Support and Service Desk productivity and continuous improvement to meet and exceed the requirements of the business.
IT Support Analyst – required skills, experience, knowledge and qualifications;
- Significant first and second line customer facing mobile IT engineer experience gained in a pressurised IT Service Desk and Support position, ideally from within the food manufacturing industry
- ITIL service delivery foundation level qualification (practitioner level desirable) and awareness of ITIL framework and support best practice and Microsoft certified
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks professionally in a high-pressure environment
- Experienced in managing suppliers throughout issue resolution
- Good technical understanding of POS, Wintel, IT infrastructure, applications and associated technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to build effective relationships with users, stakeholders and internal service partners, presenting ideas and technical solutions in user-friendly language
IT Support Analyst - Working Hours
This is a full time, permanent position. You must be able to work 40 hours per week, 4 days a week on a 6 week rolling rota pattern.
