The Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for driving traffic to the company's websites. You will manage and execute PPC Search and Display marketing campaigns as well as SEO initiatives to deliver the most effective possible result in sales, traffic or other key performance indicators. You will implement strategy and action agreed with the Head of Digital about how to spend budget on a minute-to-minute basis, within a total agreed monthly and quarterly budget allocation in order to achieve the best possible efficiency and the agreed targets based on the strategy.

This position requires an analytical, and highly motivated digital marketing acquisition specialist responsible for implementing and analysing digital advertising. The candidate will manage current acquisition relationships, find and test new partnerships, continually craft effective strategies to acquire and engage new members, optimize campaigns for ROI and stay up-to-date on the latest trends on CPA, LTV, retention, and lifecycle marketing. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing digital acquisition channels and implementing campaigns
  • Working on multiple marketing areas, such as SEO, PPC, affiliate and email
  • Execute and optimize acquisition programs, on schedule, within budget, while delivering consistently high quality results in term of CPA and shopper rate
  • Identify and present opportunities within the digital marketing landscape that will increase key company metrics
  • Manage and track the testing/integration with each new marketing program
  • Provide reporting to quantify performance of all acquisition initiatives and optimize for ROI
  • Stay up-to-date on digital media technologies and practices, in order to continually improve competitive standing in the marketplace and enhance customer sentiment
  • Ensure websites have maximum search engine visibility through effective keyword utilization and content use (Pay Per Click/Google AdWords, Organic, SEO)
  • Collaborate with Digital Content Coordinator and Social Media Assistant to write captivating and engaging SEO content for blogs and websites
  • Research linking opportunities with local sites, search engines, and appropriate partners
  • Analyse website traffic and analytics and report on performance, changes, and ROI on ongoing campaigns (Google Analytics and SEO Reporting)
  • Explore and present new media opportunities as technology evolves, including trends, new broadcast channels and new media

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Degree plus 2-3 years' experience gained within an acquisition-focused role within digital marketing
  • A background within the B2C ecommerce industry
  • Experience working across multiple acquisition marketing channels
  • Previous experience of managing budgets
  • A hands-on, data-driven attitude, with the ability to devise strategies and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven track record as a self-starter, demonstrating success, reliability, and productivity in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience applying user data to create remarketing, lookalike, push, and email lists for use during acquisition phase
  • Ability to analyse data and extract recommendations to improve spend ROI
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Analytics, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Office
  • Strong project management skills, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with business applications and programmatic media platforms
  • Scrappy can-do attitude, enthralled by employing growth hacking and guerrilla tactics to achieve maximum impact using limited resources
  • Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to be proactive and anticipate needs
  • Attention to detail, a flexible work approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment are essential for this role
