Regional Sales Manager - South East
£40K realistic OTE £75K uncapped + Fully expensed BMW 3 Series, laptop, iPhone, iPad and benefits.
The role's main objective is to lead and drive the South East region forwards within a competitive B2B new business environment, ensuring the region develops and grows in line with company goals. You will have direct responsibility for up to 15 Area sales Managers ensuring they deliver profitable results and meet the overall business targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities of our Regional Sales Manager include:
- Direct responsibility for typically 12-15 Area Sales Managers
- Achievement of new business targets across the region.
- Effectively 'performance manage' direct reports to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Driving forward new business initiatives and increase existing business penetration, from a 'top level' perspective.
- Manage headcount ensuring recruitment is proactively managed throughout the region in order to grow the team and maintain a high level of performance
- Consistently demonstrate and encourage behaviour which drives high levels of commitment, motivation and performance in pursuit of individual targets and the company's values.
- Develop and maintain effective communications with all internal departments.
