This role is ideal for a strong analytical thinker with a proven track record in hard problem solving and measurement modelling. It is essential you are self-motivated and seek out new opportunities and ways of getting things done.
Essential Functions:
*Implement company retargeting strategy globally.
*Manage retargeting campaigns in multiple countries and languages.
*Implement an accurate measurement model for global programmatic display buying.
*Liaise with retargeting partners and directly on advertising exchanges and publishers.
*Search for new/better retargeting/programmatic opportunities to complement/replace existing activity.
*Measure the performance of retargeting/programmatic campaigns and translate this data into operational changes in advertising to achieve growth of bookings and profit.
*Propose, conduct and report experiments with the aim of improving display retargeting and programmatic campaigns (creatives, bidding strategies, partners)
*Design and develop detailed reports using Excel
Qualifications and Skills:
*Knowledge of querying SQL preferable
*Excellent knowledge of display retargeting and the programmatic industry.
*Experience of retargeting technologies such as Google Adwords, Doubleclick.
*Meticulous attention to detail and ability to review personal performance and improve where required.
*Strong analytical skills and an understanding of what makes a fair experiment.
*Ability to work with and influence others in a close team.
*Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
*High level of self-motivation and determination.
*Eagerness and ability to understand a complex subject matter quickly and independently.
