They are currently recruiting for a Digital Advertising and Ski Campaign Manager.
The Digital Advertising and Ski Campaign Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, implementation and review of the campaign plans for digital advertising and the ski product (in both B2B and B2C markets) to drive growth with new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Creation of campaign ideas to increase sales and build brand awareness - liaising with product owners and stakeholders to define marketing plans, target market and campaign opportunities.
- Marketing planning and budget management
- Delivery of timely and effective marketing and advertising campaigns in all channels (Acquisition and Retention), including online, direct mail, press advertising, digital advertising, brochures, conferences & exhibitions, sales materials and presentations.
- Management of PPC advertising, SEO, banner advertising, social media, affiliate marketing and lead generation in order to develop brand awareness and generate inbound sales.
- Plan and create advertising content that engages customers and optimises SEO.
- Ensuring messaging, design and tone of voice are consistent with brand positioning across all channels.
- Database analysis and customer segmentation to identify key prospects and communication strategies.
- Implementing and managing target oriented email and other customer communications.
- Support sales staff by providing marketing material, market trends, forecasts, account analysis, new product information etc.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign activity, reviewing campaigns to ensure cost effective use of budget and Return on Investment.
- Ensure Company policies and procedures are followed at all times
Essential Experience:
- Educated to degree level, with at least 2 years' experience within a similar role - with proven experience of implementing and evaluating effective marketing and advertising campaigns (online and offline).
- Experience of working within both B2B and B2C markets, both domestically and internationally
- Experience operating Joomla, CRM and CMS systems
- Experience of database analysis and customer segmentation principles.
- Experience of working within the B2B school ski market
