They are currently recruiting a Brand Manager on a Fixed Term Contract.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day implementation of the marketing plans and for driving growth with existing new customers in their product area(s). Working closely with the Marketing Manager on strategy and to execute the plans and monitor and report performance.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

- Delivery of timely and effective marketing campaigns in all channels (Acquisition and Retention), including online, direct mail, press advertising, brochures, sales materials and presentations.
- Working with the Marketing Manager and external agencies on PPC, SEO, banner advertising, affiliate marketing and lead generation in order to develop brand awareness and generate inbound traffic.
- Plan content that engages customers and optimises SEO.
- Ensuring messaging, design and tone of voice are consistent with brand positioning across all channels.
- Database analysis and customer segmentation to identify key prospects and communication strategies.
- Implementing and managing target oriented email and other customer communications.
- Support sales staff by providing marketing material, market trends, forecasts, account analysis, new product information etc.
- Monitoring and reporting on competitive activity.
- Producing weekly and monthly reports to demonstrate results of marketing activity.
- Ensure Company policies and procedures are followed at all times

Person Specification and Skills:

- Educated to degree level - preferably marketing related.
- Proven experience of implementing and evaluating effective marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- First class planning, organisation and project management skills, with ability to work under pressure.
- Able to manage a demanding workload with multiple projects, keeping within budget to agreed deadlines.
- Customer orientated with an understanding of advertising and marketing principles.
- Experience operating CRM and CMS in a branded environment.
- Experience of database analysis and customer segmentation principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels.
- Experience of email marketing and working with email solutions.
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel for data manipulation and segmentation.
